1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was delivered in expired or unsealed condition (in case of skincare or health-related items).
Note: Returns are not accepted for products used, opened, or returned without original packaging and invoice.
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at info@tradimed.in with your order number, issue description, and clear images of the product.
- Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Products opened or used
- Items bought on sale or discount
- Custom orders or personalized products
- Items returned without original packaging
