1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was delivered in expired or unsealed condition (in case of skincare or health-related items).

Note: Returns are not accepted for products used, opened, or returned without original packaging and invoice.


2. Return Request Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Products opened or used
  • Items bought on sale or discount
  • Custom orders or personalized products
  • Items returned without original packaging
